Sacred Garden Tending & Medicine Making Farm Days
Once a month, Marysia Miernowska invites you to join her and her team of Wild Love Apothecary green witches and herbalists for a day of sacred gardening, learning, tending, harvesting and making herbal medicine.
This offering is open to anyone interested in learning more about how to plant, care for and be in reciprocity with an herbal medicine garden, as a land steward or Earth lover. No previous experience is necessary and you may choose to reserve a space in each farm day once a month, or select a “drop in” (limited spots).
Class will include:
a dive deep into the medicinal properties, magick and lore of one (or more) medicinal plant in the garden each month.
guided sacred plant meditation & Gaia School tea ceremony & teaching
walk through the gardens and demonstrations of what a garden needs at this time, and how it relates to what is occurring in the regenerative Wheel of the Year, the seasons in nature and of our lives
hands on gardening, harvesting, and medicine making
compost demonstration, regenerative farming & permaculture principles
some earth based rituals will be woven into the year to deepen our understanding of how to ride the regenerative currents of nature in our lives, health, creative ventures, self care, and efforts of caring for the Earth
creating a home apothecary, herbal medicine you will take home, learning Marysia’s special herbal recipes with hands on instruction
suggested home practices & reflections to deepen and apply the teachings for a home apothecary, in a home garden or as a land steward.
students who reserve a spot in the entire 10 month journey will be invited to participate in The Gaia School of Healing Mentor gatherings & workshops, which are free and offered exclusively to current students.
students who reserve a spot in the entire 10 month journey will have access to a private facebook page where they can communicate outside of class, share experiences, and receive supplemental information and handouts.
